Bonus Requirements
Rules for the sign-on & referral bonuses for nurses and CNAs
This page does not constitute an offer of a bonus to you but outlines the requirements to obtain the bonus if one is currently being offered.

To be eligible for a referral bonus:
- The referred applicant must list your name in the referral box on their application. (this cannot be changed after the employee’s hire date)
- The referred applicant must be qualified, complete skills assessments, and then be employed by NPLH.
- The referred employee must work a total of 180 hours within their first 3 months of employment.
- The referring & referred employee must be employed by NPLH & both employee records must be in compliance (licensure, CPR, liability insurance, etc.) at the time of bonus payout.
Once the referred employee has reached 3 months of employment, YOU must request the bonus payout. Please contact the administrator to process your request.

To be eligible for a new employee bonus:
- You must be qualified, complete skills assessments, and then be employed by NPLH.
- You must work a total of 180 hours within your first 3 months of employment.
- You must be employed by NPLH & your employee records must be in compliance (licensure, CPR, liability insurance, etc.) at the time of bonus payout.
Once you have reached 3 months of employment, YOU must request the bonus payout. Please contact the administrator to process your request.

We do not limit the number of referral bonuses you can receive at this time; however, the “new employee” bonus is limited to one bonus per person.
